We start everything with backups. We insist on a full data backup that can be restored from our first interaction moving forward. This is to ensure no data loss of your private data, ever. We can either back up to an external drive at your cost, or setup secure remote backups. We also recommend a full annual restore, as usually when one needs it, their backups don't restore properly as it was never tested.
